CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Energy Division. We are looking for a Seasonal Terminal Operator to perform safety compliance, receipt of products from railcars, oversight of product quality and testing, inventory maintenance, environmental compliance and loading and un-loading of transport trucks. You must be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong commitment to safety and the ability to work in both a team environment and on self-directed tasks are necessary.
You Will:
+ Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations
+ Comply with environmental permits and regulations for the terminal operations
+ Adhere to strict compliance with propane quality control requirements
+ Maintenance of terminal equipment for a reliable 24/7 terminal operation
+ Deliver daily inventory balance analysis and reporting
+ Execution of routine terminal maintenance activities
+ Coordinate of all propane receipt schedules
+ Communicate needs for modifications and/or improvements to the terminal facility
+ Troubleshoot terminal operating systems (pumps, compressors, valves, load rack automation)
+ Provide for efficient operation of the rail car loading facility by maintaining loading equipment systems.
+ Support a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Basic Qualifications: (required)
+ High school diploma or GED
+ 2 years? experience in the manufacturing, transportation or construction industry
+ Current CETP certification in railcar transfer operations or ability to obtain
+ Terminal operations experience to include:
+ Knowledge of safe handling, operating, and transportation practices associated with propane.
+ Operating turbine pumps, control valves, and pressurized tanks
+ Maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment
Preferred Qualifications: (desired)
+ Experience working on low voltage electrical
+ Previous experience with the Propane industry
+ Operating industrial automation systems (PLC, analyzers, instrumentation)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
